Senior Visualization Engineer - Tableau

100% Remote / WFH

Our Innovative and Industry Leading Client is searching for an experienced Tableau Developer to build out new visualizations and implement the latest Tableau technology into their enterprise environment.

The Visualization Engineer is responsible for delivering data visualizations, reporting, and dashboards across Executive teams and business units. The Visualization Engineer works closely with Business Analysts and end-users to design, develop, test, and implement reports and dashboards from various Enterprise Systems and the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to effectively meet business requirements. The position will be developing and supporting tableau and business objects environments, as well as, additional tools in the future.

Rate: $70.00 - $80.00/hr BOE C2C or W2 (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k matching)

Duration: 12 Months+ Renewable Contract

Requirements for the Sr. Visualization Engineer:

• 8+ years' experience as a Visualization/BI engineer utilizing Business Objects, Tableau, and other BI reporting and visualization tools (Qlik, Microstrategy, etc)
• 1+ year experience specifically using Business Objects is required
• 3-5+ years of experience specifically using Tableau is required. Tableau certification is desired.
• Strong SQL coding skills for data analysis and testing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals.
• Understanding of full life cycle development methodology
• Demonstrated ability to remain effective and productive in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Tableau Certification is ideal
