Position Overview: SRE Engineer.

Required Experience & Expertise:

• 8+ years experience in Site Reliability or Production Engineering group for high availability/critical platforms/applications.
•  Proficiency in Python/Shell scripting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating infrastructure on AWS as an SRE/DevOps.
• Familiarity in operating Lucene/Solr/elasticsearch-based systems as an SRE/DevOps.
• Knowledge of AWS services.
• Experience bringing software to production at a high scale.

Responsibilities:

• The knack for writing, clean, readable, maintainable code.
• An eye for automation and instrumentation.
• The ability to decompose complex systems and find failure scenarios.
