Our client a Fortune 100 corporation headquartered in San Jose, CA designs, manufactures, and sells Internet Protocol (IP)-based networking and other products to the communications and IT industry worldwide.
The company offers routers that interconnect public and private IP networks for mobile, data, voice, and video applications. It also provides storage area networking products that deliver connectivity between servers and storage systems among other things.
Title - Subscription Renewal Specialist (Salesforce)
Duration - Contract
Location - San Jose ,CA or Silicon Valley area, California.
You are responsible for processing customer renewals for software subscription products as well as helping migrate customers to the ordering platform. You will ensure high customer gratification during the renewal cycle, ensure a high-level of data accuracy, and partner with the sales and renewals account managers to provide an impeccable customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts
- Execute upsells within your customer base.
- Analyze data and trends to find growth opportunities
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Salesforce.com is a MUST
- Detail oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities
- Strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
- Experience with SaaS-based applications preferred
- You are Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
- You have excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills
