We are looking for our Marketing Admin - Marketo to help them drive fully-measured and highly-efficient B2B marketing .

As a you will have held multiple marketing positions and are well versed in business acumen outside of Marketing and Marketing Automation. You are comfortable analyzing the key causes of data integrity issues (accuracy, duplication and completeness), drive processes/systems that solve these issues and communicate them with confidence to the internal team. You are also comfortable moving a strategy forward with confidence.

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who learns quickly, thrives in fast-paced environments, and appreciates the strength in using data to drive decisions. Experience with Marketo is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
• Manage the companies’ Marketo implementation and marketing database, including data hygiene, data transformation, and data enhancement projects.
• Optimize lead capture and nurturing processes through the website, email, content, and social channels. ‬
• Lead overall implementation and alignment of various system roadmaps with the broader marketing vision and strategy.‬‬
• Create and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and database management.
• Drive vision for and support our marketing automation stack and the integration with Salesforce.com
• Bring a data-driven and iterative “test, refine, repeat” approach to marketing operations.
  

Must Haves:

• 5+ Years as Marketo Administrator.
• Enterprise/Global Instance Experience.
• Remote. Anywhere in the world. Preference is US, UK
• Certified MCE Required. Certified Salesforce Admin not required but highly desirable.
• Experience in business analytics and data analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Process and quality orientation with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline driven environment

Nice to Haves:

• Well-rounded marketing technologist familiar with/passionate about industry best practices
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Experience with other automation platforms
• Experience in software or high-tech marketing is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in working in a remote position
