The company offer corporate travel management for professional, working in a specific niche market. They aim to provide the service of the highest standard and have grown rapidly over the last few years, with millions in revenue.

The Role

As a Tableau BI Analyst your responsibilities will include:

• Taking the BI team's Tableau reporting to the next level by improving what they currently have and building new functionality
• Developing a suite of interactive Tableau dashboards to sit on top of their new data warehouse which they will be building over the coming months
• Gather requirements from stakeholders both internally or externally directly from clients to design and deliver the most commercially-driven dashboards
• Optimise the use of Tableau server across the business and be able to carry out performance monitoring and run times as well as memory issues and the general effective use of the tool across external and internal use
• Using SQL to effectively pull and manipulate data from the database and input it into Tableau
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

An ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in designing and delivering end to end operational reporting packs using Tableau
• Excellent SQL
• Knowledge of ETL and building packages using SSIS would be helpful
• Commercial experience optimising the Tableau Server, troubleshooting memory issues, run times and performance monitoring
