Key Role:
Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers. Understand how our users interact with our core business products. Utilize passion for analyzing data and translating recommendations that will be critical when working with various teams across the organization.
- 1+ years of experience with using Tableau to aggregate and analyze performance measure data collected from various sources
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including dashboard development, data mining, data cleansing, modeling, metrics analysis, performance measures, and research
- Experience in identification, research, and resolving discrepancies in analytical procedures or cross-functional methods
- Experience with using the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to synthesize and communicate organizational performance clearly based upon information from disparate sources through oral and written communication formats
- Ability to communicate information to senior executives for decision making purposes
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- BA or BS degree
- Knowledge of overall IC agency processes and policies
- Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Tableau Certification
