Job Description:
The role demands understanding of the business domain, interacting with the key stakeholders and building intuitive and optimal reports and dashboards for the Risk Management platform. Exposure to the financial and banking domain is strongly recommended. The individual needs to be self-motivated and driven to work across teams to build consensus and recommend solutions and be part of a larger analytics team. Strong drive towards pushing the analytics platform into predictive and machine learning models will be a plus.
Perform Business Analysis with key stakeholders to determine the project scope
• Strong analysis skills to quickly understand business requirements to formulate business requirements documents
• Experience in building intuitive and executive dashboards and ability to adapt and implement is a desired quality
• Quick analysis and troubleshooting of metrics and data is required.
• Good understanding of Data Models, SSIS & ETL tools for data feeds
• Good background in SQL Analysis services
• Exposure to ETL tools such as Alteryx will be a huge plus
• Background in NOSQL databases and building analytics platform on top of it is recommended
• Dashboard development using Tableau is a must, and exposure to tools like Grafana etc.. will be desirable
