Job Summary/Description: Design and develop Tableau business intelligence solutions to accommodate complex product and technology changes. Analyze existing Business Objects (and other system) reports, and determine best method to migrate to Tableau (or supported alternative technologies). Work with business partners to determine actual usage and business needs, and assure resulting reports will meet their business needs. Partner with cross-departmental team to assure delivery of project deliverables. Work strategically with team manager to minimize long-term maintenance burdens and maximize adaptability for future changes. Develop within procedural framework provided by team. Verify data for accuracy and be able to identify inconsistencies and recommend remediation. Perform rigorous testing to assure quality and accuracy of data in the system. Document development and analysis efforts. Perform other analysis and development efforts as assigned. Required Skills: Strong SQL and Tableau development skills a must, as are strong communication skills. Flexibility and Adaptability highly valued. Experience coordinating complex projects and competing priorities important. Banking experience a plus.
