Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer that possesses intellectual curiosity and passion for solving problems with an eye for optimization and efficiency. The Senior Tableau Developer will analyze, transform, and interpret data and develop reports, visualizations, and dashboards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, quantitatively focused social sciences, business, or other quantitative fields.
• 2+ years Tableau Desktop experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with data analysis and related tools and technologies (e.g., SQL).
• Data experience (data architecture, data modeling, data engineering).
• Have a working understanding of visual analytics best practices, development processes, and knowledge of typical BI & analytics tools and technologies (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, etc.).

• Experience configuring Tableau Server to optimize presentation of analytics.
• Knowledge of data design and modeling.
• Fantastic communicator at all levels.
• Passionate about data visualization.
• Examples of work created essential - to demonstrate interest, passion, own community engagement & knowledge (Dashboards, Reports, Infographics etc.).
• Ability to perform training and mentorship.
• Good analysis background.
