Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Developing, maintaining, and managing reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.

·        Leveraging BigQuery and other data sources as appropriate.

·        Tableau report creation following stakeholder requirements.

·        Publishing workbooks to Tableau Server including setting up of push reporting (emails) and row-level security as required.

·        Supporting report refreshes on the Tableau Server and addressing errors and managing performance concerns.

·        Troubleshooting data issues or discrepancies with existing reports.

·        Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

·        Bachelor’s prepared in computer science, economics or, other related disciplines.

·        3 years of previous experience in a related position/field.

·        Proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to easily interpret business requirements and communicate questions or blockers.

·        Understands the importance of clear and timely communication of production support issues.

·        Able to create advanced visualizations in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

·        Self-driven individual with good problem-solving skills.
