Job Summary

We are looking for Tableau Developer building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications.

Required Qualifications

These are basic qualifications that the candidate must have in order to be considered for the posted position. This includes but is not limited to:

• Degree-specific requirements – High School, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree, etc.
• Total of 4+ years of experience is required
• Candidates should be open to work out of Hartford, CT
• Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position whom are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.).”
  
Must Have Skills: Tableau

• Developer with 4+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of experience in business intelligence field with expertise in Tableau.
• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions using Tableau.
• Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.
• Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues.
• Creating tools to store data within the organization.

Strong commitment to quality

Understanding of the full application life-cycle from inception through maintenance

Solves new and/or familiar problems independently and without introducing regressions
