1. To design, develop, and deploy Tableau reporting, KPI scorecards & dashboards
2. Responsible for teaching analytic best practices, sharing knowledge across the organization, and expanding Tableau' s adoption
3. Communicate new or changed reports to promote Tableau environment and end user adoption
4. Part of the technical contact from development perspective
5. Research and develop reporting to leverage Tableau metadata and content
6. Address performance issues of the reports and dashboards
7. Manage the standards and use of common datasets across the Tableau platform
8. Knowledge of Tableau best practices in performance tuning, user-centric design, proactive alerts, etc.
9. Experience with using agile methodologies for software development

Experience:

1. 5+ or more years of experience in developing data visualizations through Tableau
2. Understanding of Tableau infrastructure and how to optimize tableau environments
