Are they meeting the KPIs, how many clicks are they getting, are the customers getting better rates, etc. Requirements are not already done. They need to be able to be the BA and developer. 1 of the two ndash needs the design element. Less about coming up with the design ndash more just keeping the consistency. Enhance the vision of what is needed. Get the data into the right backend reporting table. And build the dashboard and make it work. Must haves strong Tableau developmentdesign exp, able to take requirements, no banking required Role 3 ndash Improving our existing set of Tableau Dashboard reports (Tableau design + SQL skills) Taking the existing reports that they think are useful and there is a lot of inconsistencies. A strong tableau, design eye. Assess the performance of the reports on the tableau server. The reasons for the issues could be pretty technical, but they need to be able to identify it. Maybe the design is fine and the connection to the data. Could be a Graphic designer turned Tableau Developer Must haves strong tableau design experience ndash not necessarily development but more design
