The Data Warehouse Developer is responsible for the successful delivery of business intelligence information to the entire organization and is experienced in BI development and implementations, data architecture and data warehousing. Additional responsibilities include:

• The primary responsibility will be to develop executive-level dashboards in Tableau. Ideally, can also assist with MicroStrategy development on one of our efforts.
• Candidate must have excellent visualization skills and be able to convey customer data in an intuitive and visually compelling way.
• Candidate should be intimately familiar with best practices around data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills are also important.
• Must have extensive knowledge of data warehouse and data mart concepts, including star and snowflake schemas

Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience in Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing initiatives.
• 4+ years' hands-on experience of dashboard design using Tableau; mastery in all aspects of dashboard development and management related initiatives required.
• Strong SQL experience.
• MicroStrategy development experience a big plus. 2+ years' hands-on ETL experience a plus, preferably SSIS and/or Informatica.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate BI design concepts to a variety of audiences including software engineers, managers, and clients.
• Ability to produce clear and accurate documentation; must be able to work collaboratively with users and in-house technical staff.
• Proven experience with complex business and technical analysis. Proven capability to quickly grasp new processes and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the banking industry a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology a plus.
