Requirements Proven foundation in core Computer Science competencies such as data structures, algorithms and software architecture Proven consultative skills, working with business users to document requirements, design and implement solutions Proven expertise in developing visualizations to aid understanding of structured and unstructured data (E.g., Tableau, DataIKU) Proven expertise assembling, scrubbing and manipulating large data sets Self-sufficient in SQL, Python and an expert Excel user Creative problem solver with high level of learning agility and initiative Strong business analysis and project management skills (planning and scheduling, scope management, issue resolution, contingency planning, stakeholder communications) Knowledge Financial services experience strongly preferred a keen interest to understand the products, business model, and regulatory framework may be a substitute Familiarity with financial services compliance data (e.g., trading lifecycle, financial products, market data, accounts, regulations, issues, risks controls)
