Job Description Looking for highly skilled Tableau Desktop Developer, knowing basic and advanced features including parameters/sets, table calculation and usage of different chart types Requirements & Skills: 6+ years of experience in an analytical role, with demonstrated experience developing metrics, identifying trends, designing dashboards and reports using enterprise business intelligence tools 6+ years of hands on experience with developing BI content in Tableau, SAP Business Objects or Cognos BI Should have end to end tableau development, from requirement gathering to conceptualization and development. Strong in both the backend (database side) and front end (data visualization side) Strong in both the backend (database side) and front end (data visualization side) Analyzing reporting requirements. Developing in creating aggregates, hierarchies, formatting, sorting, grouping and Quick filters in Tableau. Developing in creating various views in Tableau. Developing in creating Filters, quick filters, table calculations, calculated measures and parameters. Developing of Reports, Dashboard in Tableau. Creating various views in Tableau (Tree maps, Heat Maps, Scatter plot). Created Users, Groups and Set Permissions on Server. Logical calculations, mapping, formatting. Formatted the Reports as per the Client requirement. Release coordinating. Participated in business meetings to understand client view and future requirements 6+ years of experience in SQL development Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products, including competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization Experience with translating analytical and technical information into a user-friendly format Preferred Experience with the following: BI content development with very large underlying data sets Tableau Repository Server Preferable Python development
