DURATION: 9 MONTHS+

Description:

• Experienced Tableau Developer/Project Manager needed to work within Network Payment Services PMO (Project Management Office) to develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics and dashboards in support of Theme, Initiative, Feature and Team level metrics.
• These metrics will be used to assess status, uncover gaps, and measure performance across the Solution.
• Partnering with the STE (Solution Train Engineer) help facilitate, answer questions and coach the team on Agile metrics as well as internal metrics personnel in the department.

Responsibilities:

• Create a self-service portal for data visualization within the Solution, possibly extending to all of Payment Services
• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced dashboard visualizations that are easy to use/understand
• Design reports and insights that analyze business functions, key operations and performance metrics
• Perform data analysis, validation and data mapping/design
• Determine MVP and manage backlog of future enhancements for portfolio reporting
• Coach leadership understand the importance of agile metrics

Experience needed:

• Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards and analytics
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Rally and Jira experience
• Background in math, statistics, computer science or business technology
• Solid understanding of SQL, databases and data normalization
• Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables)
• Working knowledge of Tableau administration and architecture
• Excellent communication skills
• Meeting facilitation and management
• Must be able to work independently and meet established goals
