The Data Science team lies at the foundation of Zoom’s success. We are looking for a rock-star to join our team to manage our BI Tool instance! With a focus on scaling Zoom’s BI Tool Access in a period of hyper growth, you'll be supporting large number of analysts accessing important data and dashboards.

As a member of the Data Science team focusing on the BI tool, you will play an important role in driving the growth of Zoom by making sure Zoomers can access the right data so they can make mission-critical business decisions.

This role is based out of our headquarters in beautiful Manila, Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong in data visualization and data analysis
• Experience in building BI dashboards and using data to tell stories
• Experience in using Tableau (or other BI tools) to build scalable data solutions
• Setting up scalable data sources (data sets) for enterprise wide data exploration and dashboarding
• Familiar with Installation, configuration, patching and upgrading of Tableau tool across the environments
• Manage the application’s users, groups, and integration with Active Directory
• Automate monitoring & server job processes
• Capable of doing Tableau Server Management (like Clustering, Load Balancing, User Management etc.)
• Knowledge of Tableau Licensing
• Familiar with Tableau migration and scheduling
• Experience in taking back ups and restoration of Tableau repository
• Good knowledge on Tableau Metadata tables and Postgres SQL

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4+ years of experience working with Tableau, Looker or other BI tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Economics, STEM Degrees or similar fields
• Excellent SQL skills and strong experience in Tableau or Looker
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
• Firm believer of data driven decision making
• Great organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Highly analytical with attention to detail
• Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner
• Strong problem-solving skills
