Job Overview

The Administrative Support shall provide support for the operations and maintenance of the Sponsor’s enterprise Tableau instances. The Team shall assist in the standup of new Tableau instances on the Sponsor’s network(s) of choice, adhere to best practices for cloud computing and hosting and design, develop, and implement a DevOps deployment and testing pipeline to assist with version upgrades and deployments of Tableau to aid in rapid release of new capabilities and features.

The Team shall have experience with system administration, network configuration, and shell scripting on Linux-based systems (e.g. CentOS), shall administer Amazon Web Service (AWS), or similar cloud based systems, use AWS Managed Services, or similar cloud services and related tools, and design, develop, deploy, and maintain scripts for data sync functions, access controls, monitoring and audit functions to assist with Tableau administration activities.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience with Tableau Desktop, Server, Prep/Conductor, and other Tableau add-ons
• Demonstrated experience with standup and maintenance of enterprise capabilities and infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience with DevOps principles and pipeline development, deployment, and maintenance
• Demonstrated experience with enabling Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
• Demonstrated experience creating and updating documentation for current and proposed security architectures
• Demonstrated experience with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud based systems
• Demonstrated experience utilizing the AWS Command Line Interface (CLI)
• Demonstrated experience using SQL and RDBMS Systems to include Amazon RDS
• Demonstrated experience with Linux system configuration
• Demonstrated experience using Linux CentOS
• Demonstrated experience with network configuration
• Demonstrated experience configuring systems/service for access control
• Demonstrated experience configuring systems/services to utilize Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Demonstrated experience with Bash scripting for system administration purposes
• Demonstrated experience in Information Security, and Assessment & Accreditation of systems at varying classification levels
• Demonstrated experience writing security documentation, such as SSPs for A&A
• Demonstrated experience with full software development lifecycle, including development, deployment, testing, and monitoring
• Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle product management
• Demonstrated experience providing end user and mission partner support
• Demonstrated experience providing product demonstrations and training sessions
• Demonstrated experience defining software requirements
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated experience programming with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Demonstrated experience using Java, Python and Ruby
• Demonstrated experience using NoSQL, SQL, excel, CSV, Spark, JIRA, and ServiceNow Databases
• Demonstrated experience using Tableau data connectors to link to designated data sources to create dashboards
• Demonstrated experience using Jira, Confluence and Github
