Are you ready to be a change-maker? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with experience in large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. Responsibilities: • Supports the client by analyzing project requirements and accountable for technical design.

• Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the platform
• Interacts with the Business, Program, Project, Development, Operations, and Service Integration teams to deliver complete technical solutions to our stakeholders.
• Design and implement scalable, compatible and high performance solutions
• Lead technical design sessions and architect/document technical solutions that are aligned with the client’s business objectives
• Distribute development tasks to team members and mentor developers towards solution development
• Develop high level estimates by analyzing the business cases and viable design solutions
• Conduct code reviews for on-going projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible
• Ensure progress as per schedule; review critical risks and mitigation
• Implement best practices and thought leadership
• Engagement level communication, status reporting and escalation management
• Ensures Project success through appropriate management of scope, resources, and time
• Assesses progress in achieving program objectives based on progress against project plans

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of total IT experience
• Prior Salesforce technical expertise in product design and architecture
• Proven work experience as a Salesforce Technical lead for at least 5 years
• Knowledge of QUIP is must and ability to integrate Quip with Salesforce
• Must have experience with integration of Salesforce with backend systems using middleware such as MuleSoft
• Hands on experience in Lightning, Lightning Component Development
• Experience with Community Cloud is a must
• Exposure to Salesforce Architecture and ability to guide development team on best practices
• Experience in the technical leadership of large software implementation projects
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status and issues to internal and external customers.
• Direct experience with Agile (Scrum) project methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations is required.
• Proven experience in very large Salesforce.com implementations with multiple integrations including web services, legacy applications, app exchange, etc.
• Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to handle multiple concurrent work streams
• Ability to be effective in an environment of rapid change and complexity
• Proven attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to pro-actively communicate technical topics in a clear, succinct, and relevant way.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications are preferred.
