Are you ready to be a change-maker? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with experience in large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. Responsibilities
- Manage End to end delivery of Salesforce project.
- Provide technical guidance to the team.
- Coordinate with Offshore Team for all delivery related work.
- Project Planning and communication with customer including status reporting etc.
- Spend some time on actual development work as needed.
- Organize Show and Tell Sessions.
- At least 13 years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 6 years of experience in SFDC
- Delivered a minimum of 2 projects as tech lead for brownfield or greenfield projects
- Must have ability to lead onsite/offshore teams in terms of delivery and design solution into the Sales Cloud implementation.
- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning. Extensive experience developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework.
- Expertise in Apex with extensive experience developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers.
- Expertise in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SoQL and SoSL). Must be able to speak to limitations of languages and differences between SoQL and SQL.
- Experience developing Visualforce pages, Visualforce components and Customer Controllers.
- Experience creating Custom Report Types and developing custom Reports and Dashboards.
- Experience with interacting with external systems via Salesforce callouts.
- Experience developing applications that interact with Salesforce via the SOAP or REST APIs.
- Firm understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Hands on experience establishing and supporting a Customer Community.
- Firm understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, limit monitoring, and best-practices for limit-informed development.
- Sys Admin, Sales Cloud, PD1, or System Architect Salesforce certifications are preferred
