Technical Scrum Master

Location: Plano TX

12+ Months Contract

Long Term Contract

Candidate will be working very closely with executives, should have good understanding on the technology and latest industry trends who can drive delivery and innovation within the team.

Job Overview Summary:

• 8+ years’ experience in Scrum Agile or similar roles
• Certified Scrum Training, expertise in PM + SM methodologies
• Knowledge of Kanban, Velocity, Burn down metrics using Jira
• Well verse in using design thinking techniques for the team discussions using tools like Mural
• Experience using tools like Monday for roadmap planning and tracking
• Experience in Automotive (electric Vehicle)
• Skills to manage one or more agile team simultaneously
• Comfortable working with executives

Preferred:

• Exposure to external facing roles
• Experience working within complex, matrixed multi location teams.
• Interest in automotive products
• Good to have experience with AI/ML and Data Science
• Good Communication Skills
