Are you ready to be a change-maker? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Business Analyst with experience in large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. Responsibilities: Scope, define and drive critical business initiatives to enhance company performance in the Sales and Marketing areas Lead requirements solicitation sessions using various methods including but not limited to: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios Design adaptable and scalable solutions that meet current business needs and can be leveraged to address future needs (including the creation and maintenance of multi-year functional roadmaps) Create data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system understanding. Analyze business process and design scalable solutions to increase operational maturity Assist in designing and creation of training material and conduct internal training sessions for business users about the application. Provide strategic guidance for the Salesforce.com platform identifying and proposing innovative capabilities Lead/oversee testing efforts to ensure high quality deliverables Drive business stakeholders toward consensus and decisions Basic Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology At least 8 years of experience as a business analyst on progressively complex solutions, especially in CRM. At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce.com. Must have through knowledge about Salesforce capabilities and functional flow. Should be able to clearly articulate requirements in Salesforce fitment and format. Extensive Salesforce configuration and Administration experience. Working knowledge of Salesforce customization and development using technologies Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Experience with client interviews / JAD sessions / requirements workshop execution Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certification Hands on Agile methodology knowledge Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
