3.1| ||Part-time | Temporary | Contract|7 hours ago| Full Job Description Title: Temp Salesforce Contract Support Specialist Location: Troy, MI (Remote) Reports to: GBI Sales Operations Manager The Role: J.D. Power is currently seeking a part-time (32 hours a week) Temp Salesforce Contract Support Specialist, which will be payrolled through a staffing agency. This role will support sales operations activities across the company's portfolio of the global business intelligence industries. The Temp Salesforce Contract Support Specialist will work directly with the following J.D. Power teams: sales, finance, legal, research, product, practice, IT, and marketing. The Impact: As a Temp Salesforce Contract Support Specialist, you will support multiple account executives in multiple industries to help support top and bottom-line financial results that directly impact the J.D. Power's revenue and profitability objectives. Responsibilities: Contracts and Salesforce / CRM Management for multiple service industries Interaction across all departments and Executive level leaders Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales operations efforts Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: 2-5 years of experience using Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms Knowledge: An understanding of contract processes and CRM/Salesforce systems are required Previous positions in sales operations are a plus as this experience brings a balanced perspective and inclination for teamwork in achieving corporate goals The Career Opportunity: This role will expose you to all departments of J.D.
