What is the job?
We are looking for a passionate Trailblazer (aka Salesforce Administrator) to join our IT team supporting the Total Health and Networks (TH&N) business unit in Cigna’s International Markets.
As Salesforce Administrator you will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.
About you:
You will have excellent technical and communication skills and will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly.
You will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside other Administrators, you will be involved in the ongoing management, maintenance and support of the Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities to our business users (Clinical teams) which are spread over all continents, and will form part of an Agile delivery team to ensure continuous improvements of the product occur over time.
The Salesforce Health Cloud will allow them to service our +450.000 customers spread all over the world. It will enable us to deliver on the promise of our mission “to help the people we serve improve their health, their wellbeing and their sense of security”.
After implementation you will be responsible to/for:
Creating and Managing key changes to the system.
Maintain system security and integrity.
Provide user assistance, training, adoption and satisfaction.
Be the company SME on Salesforce.com.
Data Quality, migration , support for testing and maintenance.
Report and dashboard creation and maintenance.
User provisioning and decommissioning.
Support for bug fixing.
Other minor enhancements.
Ideally you will have experience in / with:
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Exceptional English verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
General understanding of common IT applications, SDLC and Agile
In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex) and integration with external systems.
Salesforce.com Administrator certification.
Nice to have:
Salesforce.com certified Administrator.
Salesforce.com certified Platform App Builder.
Knowledge on Salesforce REST, SOAP and Metadata API.
Knowledge on SFDX and CLI commands.
Knowledge on Azure DevOps.
Knowledge on Git.
