A retail company is filling a position for a Virtual Senior Salesforce Administrator. Core Responsibilities of this position include: Effectively acting as the liaison between our users, vendors and internal application development teams Serving as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com Service Cloud environment Handling all administrative functions Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Experience with Salesforce Chatbot Experience taking projects from initial concept through planning and implementation Strong research and analytical skills with working knowledge in generating reports 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator working in Service Cloud, Community Cloud and/or Einstein bots Knowledge and experience of application administration and configuration specific to Salesforce Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
