Role: (Vlocity) /Salesforce Developer

Overview:

The Salesforce Vlocity Developer will be responsible for technical design and delivery of complex projects using Salesforce and Vlocity cloud solutions for TFBs Core Selling Pillar.

Responsibilities include interfacing with IT, Enterprise Architecture, Data services, Business and Vendor partners to understand and influence requirements to design and build highly scalable and sustainable solutions and provide ongoing support of such solutions

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on design, coding, integration, and deployment experience in Salesforce.
• Hands-on development experience in Vlocity.
• Salesforce Custom application development with Integrations is a must.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and development including Workflows, Process Builder, Apex (classes and triggers) , Visual Force page, Lightning Components
• Salesforce Community implementation experience is preferred.
• Experience in Vlocity application including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Calculation Procedure, Rate matrices, Integration Procedure, Vlocity Templates, Vlocity Cards, Angular JS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and LWC.
• Experience in Vlocity Health Insurance Dev, basic and advanced Rate Quote Apply. Health Insurance data model and services. Understanding on product models and capabilities
• Experience in Application Integration, design and applying to the Vlocity techniques such as Integration Procedures, Apex
• Experience in a large, complex organization or corporate structure environment required.
• Expert Technical Knowledge and experience in all applications development, implementation and support (Architecture, requirements, developments, system design & configuration, Data/information conversion & migration and system support).
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and transform into technical design and system solutions.
• Experience to assess the current state and identify opportunities for improvement aligning with current technology trends and strategic plans.
• Experience in understanding requirements, preparing technical solution design documents, process, and data/solution flow diagrams.
• Working knowledge of health plan operations including enrollments and claim processing systems, billing/payment and/or clearinghouse services is preferred.
• Good interpersonal, team, customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Good project management skills with attention to details.
• Understanding of health plan legal, brand, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Familiar with standard software development tools, including incident tracking, documentation, and testing systems
