Job Title: Workday Analyst

Location: Oaks, PA – Fully Remote

Duration: 12+ Months contract

Job Description:

The Workday Analyst is a member of the IT Corporate Systems team, working to ensure effective use of

the Workday system by making design recommendations, configuring, improving, and providing

expertise on the Workday system for HR departments. This role ensures the overall functionality and

integrity of Workday HRIS including, information security, testing, and process efficiency. The goal of this

resource is to help streamline user provisioning processes by leveraging Workday functionality (primarily

business processes and custom objects). The team is currently focused on a proof-of-concept phase.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·Successfully communicates requirements, estimates, deliverables, progress, and outcomes to a wide variety of stakeholders.

·Makes recommendations of Workday functionality to enable a more streamlined provisioning experience.

·Understanding of Workday data and participate in data standardization and governance efforts.

·Configures and tests Workday system and reports for complex projects and enhancements.

·Maintains Workday system documentation.

·Analyzes service trends, identifies opportunities for improvement, and recommends solutions.

·Recommend and set up data standardization within Workday HRIS.

Required Job Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·5+ years experience as a Workday Analyst field

·Strong analytical skills and project leadership skills

·Ability to understand the larger business need and explore business process and system functionality and notifications to achieve business objectives.

·Strong Workday business process knowledge

·Provide insights on worker lifecycle processes (new hire, job change, termination) and help build Workday environment.

·Configure and administer Workday environment.

·Help align workload within existing Workday platforms.

·Translate Workday terminology to PeopleSoft terminology and vice versa.

·When needed, participate in IDM QA testing

·Peoplesoft, Salesforce and IDM experience are nice to have.
