- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
- Experience closing mid-market & enterprise deals.
- Strong experience & expersie in Software Sales, Staff Augmentation or IT Staffing.
- Experience being adaptable while working with high growth, fast paced or start-up environment.
- High degree of ownership, perseverance, and a go getter attitude
- Willing and open for international travel as and when required.
- Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stack holders.
