3. Warranty Consumption and Audit

4. Authorized Service Centre & Branch KPI Adherence (TAT, CSAT, DSAT, FTR, RRR )

5. Authorized Service Centre Claims management(Warranty Claims & AMC )

6. Handel Branch Level Customer / Dealer Escalation

7. Coordinate with MR, GT market, E-com, and Distributors

8. Distributor Replacement Tracking and Management

9. Coordination between HO, SCM Team, Quality, SF, and Customer

10. Handel Level 2 Customer Escalations and Mail Escalations 1

11. Daily /Weekly / Monthly Reports

12. Authorized Service Centre Audit and Service engineer’s technical and Soft-skills training.

13. Branch Level Quality issue Analysis and Coordination with HO & Qualit
