1. FP&A Lead Consultant Requirement

1. Understand business drivers and business capabilities, and determine corresponding system designs and configurations

   to drive targeted business outcomes in Financial Planning

2. Advise on key differentiating characteristics of leading software products in the planning space and reflect on pros and cons of corresponding vendors

3. Proactively engage with functional and technical stakeholders to feed critical design as well as configuration options into functional business decisions

4. Review and suggest proposed solutions during the early stages of the process and provide pre-analysis of trade-offs to decision makes collaboratively

A suitable candidate would look back at the following experience

1. 5+ years of experience in large-scale Financial Planning transformations, scalable system integrations

   and consulting experience

2. 3+ years of lead architecture in enterprise application implementations

3. Strong knowledge of relevant software products in Financial planning space (Anaplan, Workday, SAP, oracle etc.)

4. Good to have from Retail background with the Finance Processed and Practices in Retail or FMCG

 Experience -5-8 Years experience
