  1. Working with business stakeholders to identify current and future resource requirement needs
  2. Creating a recruitment strategy and plan which helps to achieve the organization goal
  3. To ensure that recruitment and selection process and practice meet operational needs and good practice requirements
  4. Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks. Advertise new vacancies internally and update the Careers webpage on a weekly basis
  5. Complete knowledge on all sources of hiring candidates to ensure we timely fulfil the business needs
  6. To ensure that all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate as per the business requirement
  7. To manage the administration of all recruitment records, ensuring that these are complete, accurate and up-to-date. Report on monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment budget
  8. Complete automation of the recruitment process to ensure accurate and quick response in the process
  9. Connect with the team and mentor them to make sure they will reach their goals and all are skilled enough to fulfil their responsibilities by understanding the business needs
  10. To conduct initial screening of CVs and guide the team to fulfil the requirements with the right resources at the right time  
  11. Setting up the KRA’s and timely performance review of the team and elevate their performance by guiding them
  12. Working closely with Business owners and managers to understand the hired resources performance to ensure in future right resources are hired as per the business need
  13. Working under pressure by understanding the service industry business needs
  14. Optimal utilization of recruitment vendors and end to end vendor management by having proper agreements in place
  15. Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
  16. Hiring Senior positions by own and conducting HR discussion to finalize the right resources
  17. Working with cross functional teams to fulfil recruitment process needs
