* 3 to 5 years of experience in development
* Java. Should be able to independently work on independent components for low level design and also develop the Java code base for the module. Should be proficient in object oriented programming and best practises in Java programming. 
* Spring Boot. Should be able to develop micro Services which are robust and scalable. 
* myBatis. Should be experienced in understanding Object Relational Mapping concepts and have experience in developing the same using myBatis. 
* Junit Frame work – experience in writing unit test cases using Junit and executing the same.

Secondary skills:
* CI/CD – understanding of CI/CD concepts and familiar with tools like Jenkins.
* Docker – understanding of containers like docker.
* Mentoring and guiding – should be able to give technical guidance to junior colleagues.
