JOB DESCRIPTION: - Looking after Team Leader to BDR the overall P2P team and nurture team to get outcome from lead generation team and match the overall Target consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 6 to 7 years of recent experience is selling IT services or managing the lead generation team for customers based out of AU / UK and USA market - Mandatory requirement.
- Strong Outreach experience with a proven track record of managing team size of minimum 7 BDRs and achieving aggressive targets
- To develop a deep understanding of the IT service Industry processes and the Client Profile. Specially into Digital Marketing (SEO SEM) , Web Design / Development, Email Development/ Email Marketing services.
- Implementing new strategies to get better outcome in overall lead generation process
- Understand Clients Staffing/Solutions Needs by doing Clients Assessment
- Should have ability of Owning, Training & Managing a Lead Generation Team
- Should be good in sales data analysis and providing solutions to the sales team based on the assistance required by the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- Candidates must be comfortable working for the AU - early morning, UK - late evening and US based night shift.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree and having a Master’s is a plus.
Skills Required: People Management and Sales Team Management experience, excellent written and verbal comms. Target chasing and ownership as well as mentoring the junior teams.
A detailed Understanding of any one services is a must i.e in Digital Marketing Services like SEO/ SEM, PPC, Web Deisgn & Development, Email Development Services. Having experience in all of the 3 would be an added advantage.
