Install, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite and other database and application environments consistent with standards and guidelines set by regulatory agencies and the company.

· Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose Oracle E-Business Suite and other database and application environment problems.

· Research patches, patch requirements and prerequisites for Oracle E-Business Suite environments and other database and application environments.

· Perform upgrades of Oracle E-Business Suite and other database and application environments.

· Monitor and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite and other database and application environments to ensure maximum availability and performance.

· Provide appropriate documentation and training.

· Consult with software and hardware vendors and consultants on support, purchases, quotes.

· Recommend and implement methods to increase the quality or efficiency of business processes or procedures.

· Collaborate with IT Business Analysts to facilitate functional and technical process improvements.

· Collaborate with IT Business Analysts to evaluate and implement new Oracle E-Business Suite or other database and application functionality.

· Interact with and communicate activities to project teams and other entities, as needed.

· Participate in self-development activities; keep up to date on current, relevant technologies and standards.

· Exhibit safety awareness and safe work practices.
