Roles and Responsibilities: Pre Sales Solution Engineer (Technical):

· Shall collaborate with the sales support or account team by acting as technical experts. Completely owning the responsibilities of pre-sales during the life-cycle of prospects and large opportunities.

· Responsible to qualify and validate the deal from technical prospective. Review the RFP/RFI in detail and prepare a synopsis of the same along with a detailed responsibility matrix with stakeholders identified.

· Responsible to understand the customer pain points and address their pain point by pitching customer centric value proposition. Shall respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions. Ability to work hand in hand with Sales as well as Delivery team, ensuring timely submission and high-quality proposal response towards clients.

· Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients. Responsible to structure and produce compelling proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients.

· Must coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation engineering once contracts have been awarded

· Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities

· Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration

· Minimum Six to Eight years of industry experience, including two or more years in presales engineering or consulting

· Minimum Two plus years of experience in Law Enforcement domain
