Role: Product Support Specialist Customer Support Associates will be the Customer Support and Engagement engine of the company. She/he will have an instinct to fix the customer issues and be working closely together with a team of like-minded executives to ensure Customer satisfaction. If you like tackling customer queries, and wish to have a career in Healthcare, this is the ideal opportunity for you. Responsibilities: 1. Maintain a good relationship between customers and the company. 2. Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services. 3. Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem via Phone, SMS or Email. 4. Structured follow-ups with clients for issue closure and to ensure best customer satisfaction. 5. Coordinate with other teams to ensure successful closure of the customer queries. 6. Timely reporting and discussing with the top management and proposing potential improvements. Requirements: 1. Any Graduation or Post Graduation can be considered. 2. 1+ years of experience in the relevant field (SAAS company) would be preferred. 3. Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays) 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-versed With English, Hindi (Preferred languages - Telugu, Malayalam). 6. Quick decision-making skills. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on the customer. 8. Outstanding conflict-resolving skills. 9. Dedication to customer satisfaction. 10.Experience with SAAS company will be preferred
