Python Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

●    Understand team members technical problems and resolve them with a permanent solution
 
●    Be responsible for team's delivery

●    Keep team members motivated to work effectively

●    Design, architect, and build a high quality, scalable and reliable solution

●    Keep team members up to date with the latest technologies and latest solutions

●    Collaborative with QA, Product, and DevOps teams for high throughput

●    Providing high-quality solution with following some best practices on designing, architecture, code review processes

Requirements:

●    Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Python Flask framework (we are good to consider Django framework as well)

●    Experience in handling SQL queries and their optimization

●    Strong hold in object-oriented programming concepts

●    Think and provide solution on API first approach

●    Familiar with different design patterns

●    Worked with large data in ElasticSearch or any other NoSQL database system

●    Should be familiar with microservice architecture

●    Excellent debugging and optimization skills

●    Familiar with different high performer tools (Redis, RabbitMQ, Websocket)

●    Handled team of 4 or more members

●    Experience in working with front-end technologies (especially working with ReactJS library) is an added advantage.
