JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
• Close 4 clients in a month
• Go on client discovery calls scheduled by Business Development Representatives & Market Development Representatives and Understand their needs.
• Give Presentation to Client about Uplers Talent Connect on Discovery calls
• Qualify and Nurture the Prospects and Solve all Clients Queries
• Qualify Opportunities from Discovery call
• Nurture Future Prospects till they are ready for Buying
• Identify Key Decision Makers & Influencers &  Build Relationships with them.
• Utilize Any mode of Communication Emails, Linkedin, Text or any social Media (Twitter or Facebook), to communicate with the client.
• Maintain Opportunities & Pipeline Data
• Submit Internal Hiring request to Talent Ops team
• Set up Talent Interview working in Sync with Talent Ops team
• Be a Part of Talent Interview if Client Permits
• Get Talent Interview Feedback from the Prospect Post Interviews
• Negotiate with Client and close the Deal
• Get the Agreement signed with the Clients & Talent (Non Solicitation, MSA, Tripartite)
• Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities
• Reporting to Pod Manager
• Fill Daily, weekly & Monthly Report
• Be a part of the Meetings suggested by Pod Manager.

Generate Leads whenever required on the Basis of Ideal Customer Profile of Uplers
