Salesforce Technical Architect Description (12+ Years Exp)

Description: Seeking a specialized Salesforce Architect with 12 + years of relevant IT experience specialized in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning with relevant years to design industry wide solution. This resource will partner with the GEA team to design and implement critical business projects.

Responsibilities

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations, challenge business to change business processes based on Salesforce best practices

·         Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform out of box capabilities

·         Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between current and desired end states – address gaps through configuration of Salesforce, not customization

·         Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects

·         Follow and help define configuration standards. Lead configuration reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed

·         Manage the technical delivery of configuration, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

·         Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues

Requirements

·         Expert in Apex, Lightning, Integration, and configuration.

·         Hands on Experience in Field Service Lighting Solutioning, Implementations projects.

·         Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, FSL, Marketing, and Experience Clouds

·         Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes

·         Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure

·         Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions

·         Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices

·         Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture

·         Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)

·         Salesforce certification is must. PD1, PD2, App Developer, Service cloud, FSL and System Architect certification are preferred

·         Familiar with web technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, etc.

·         Ability to easily work with different team members with varying approaches and skillsets.
