  1. Salesforce Technical Lead

 

    1. Overall Experience:  6-12 yrs.
    2. Salesforce Experience: minimum 6 Yrs.
    3. Good hands-on experience in Sales, Service, Community and on force.com
    4. Must have experience -
      1. Strong Hands-On knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
      2. Good technical knowledge of Salesforce platform
      3. Integration and Data migration experience
      4. Have solutioning mindset, design and develop independently on the tasks related to development
      5. Mentor junior developers and perform Code reviews and implement best practices
    5. Good to have knowledge – CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Certifications
    6. Good Communication
    7. Client interaction experience is must
    8. Must have been part of more than 3 implementation/development project   
    9. Exposure to Agile Methodology
