We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our

Product Development team. You’ll lead and manage the delivery of multiple complex

Software products in a timely, controlled and predictable manner.

In a high profile role you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, through delivering primarily agile projects. You’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to identify and engage with project stakeholders and then manage all ongoing communications to ensure all are kept informed at an appropriate level.

However this role is not solely focused on project delivery. As the Scrum Master you’ll be the driving force for ensuring scrum is understood and enacted. Working in close collaboration with the Development Team Leader, who has responsibility for ownership of the developer resource, you’ll be responsible for coaching the development team to self-organise and create high-value products, and remove impediments to the Development Teams’ progress.

Key Responsibilities

●    Managing the scoping of the complex system solutions, establishing and controlling project constraints and timelines

●    Managing relationships and communication with all project stakeholders

●    Adaptive and know the audience when communicating

●    Know what to advocate / fight for on a project

●    Leading and coaching the project team as appropriate and according to the needs of the individual project

●    Ensure that the scrum team adheres to scrum theory, practices and rules, and work as a servant leader within the project team.

●    Catch things don’t makes sense from the burndown chart or roadmap and get things back on the track

●    Providing clear ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issues by following risk management.

●    Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement.

●    Providing regular, constructive feedback to project team members and leaders

●    Providing progress updates to the customer on regular basis

●    Supporting overall management of the product development

●    Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships with customer
 

●    Support the Product Teams for Project Delivery in maintaining and developing processes, standards, tools and reporting and their documentation and proactively reviewing the service provided to end-users and customers

Candidate Profile

●    Experienced in the delivery of projects in an agile environment

●    Experienced (preferably certified) Scrum Master, with experience of other project frameworks

●    PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI - ACP), Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) Project Management Professional (PMP)Certification.

●    Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on customer delight.

●    A real interest in problem solving and focused on results

●    Experience in the use of tools and techniques to facilitate effective project delivery
