Role Description

Experienced Test Management professional with 10+ years of experience in delivering complex banking programs 

Capable of managing a bigger team size of 75+ team members of test managers and test leads

Capable of managing a team mix of both functional and automation.  Preferable hands on experience in managing automation team in Web UI, API and Mobile automation

Strong Stakeholder Management and experience in running regular deliver governance with senior stakeholders

Proficient in various estimation techniques

Seasoned Program manager with experience in managing multiple programs preferably large tier 1 banks (CITI experience good to have)

Strong delivery outlook and customer connect

Strong banking expertise and stakeholder management
