Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Senior Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
 
●    Work on KPI driven sales model to different services and achieve the sales and revenue targets
●    act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets

●    negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales

●    challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy

●    create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
●    make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.

Requirements:

●    5+ years of minimum proven experience with Pre-sales & Offshore selling with IT Services & Software Industry.
●    Have experience in generating new business with multi-year contracts

●    Should be able to give revenue projections for different business accounts

●    Proficiency in English.

●    Thorough understanding of Marketing & Negotiating techniques.

●    Self-motivated with a result driven approach.

●    Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with relevant experience can apply. MBA graduates will be preferred.
