Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process within the organization:
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Promote the active requisitions & manage the applicants' pool.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, campus).
• Plan & support on selection procedures including screening calls, assessments, interviews, salary negotiations, offer & joining.
• Assess & confirm on the candidate information, including resumes, contact details, level of commitment.
• Engage the applicants from the screening-hiring-joining process.
• Manage & monitor the company hiring database.
• Lead employer branding initiatives. Propose & Organize participation in recruitment events.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Propose strategic changes to develop existing hiring processes.
