Requirements

Ø Proven knowledge of Database Activity Monitoring and real time incident reporting

Ø Generate various dashboard view

Ø Develop Reports for customer

Ø Good understanding of TCP/IP and UDP

Ø Good understanding of general security products and controls

Ø Good understanding of SOC/security management workflows in enterprise organizations.

Ø Experience in customer-facing roles.

Ø Strong Application / Operating System / Networking troubleshooting skills

Ø Good Analytical & development skills.

Ø OS expertise (Linux, RHEL, CentOS)

Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibility

Ø Monitoring of the Databases and Instances, Analyze any DAM related incidents and Escalate the incidents with Banks Stakeholders.

Ø Co-ordinate closely with the SOC team for any integration of Databases and Instances

Ø Manage Backup, Archiving and Restore of configuration.

Ø Generate reports and highlight compromises
