• Experience in Web & Backend systems development
• Work with partner engineering and cross-functional teams to provide feedback on the overall program backlog and the design of new features.
• Drive execution to build performance, reliable and resilient back-end services.
• Develop and lead the long term technical vision.
• Drive the teams goals and technical direction to make the team more efficient.
• Promote and implement best practices and processes within the team.
• Manage project priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Design modular software promoting reusability across products(web & mobile).
