Essential Responsibilities: • Lead and successfully deliver new products and enhance existing products in the space of application performance monitoring and engineering – Enhance ML/AI powered products in the Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and APM-AIOps space – Build and deliver new products using technologies like ML/AI • Lead and successfully deliver new products and enhance existing products using J2EE technologies. Design–develop-test-deploy J2EE applications. – Enhanced product delivery in Apache Spark and Kafka. – Hands On with Data pipelines. – Hands on with Linux Servers in UAT and Production. • Play an important role in the success of the products – Play an active role in winning business throughs pre-sales, product demos and engaging with customer at multiple levels • Product delivery – Conduct project reviews – Go to person for technical or for managing risk across projects – Build product engineering capability • Innovation and Thought leadership – Imagines and implements unique, breakthrough ideas – Foresees customer and industry needs and responds with exceptional product ideas – Present paper and run blogs (directly and through team) – Build company and self-brand through thought leadership • Coaching & Mentoring – Lead from the front – Takes ownership for building capability in the organization by effective coaching and mentoring to move others to a higher level of working.
