Principle responsibilities of the role (Indicative & not exhaustive): Design & develop learning strategies for all employees in our India centre Create training calendar for the year and execute the same: o Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. o Identification, selection and management of external L&D vendors necessary to deliver required L&D interventions o Publishing Country L&D calendar (Quarterly / Annual) with periodic revisions o Planning of sessions and ensuring Trainer back-up o Monitoring & evaluating L&D program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically o Publishing periodic L&D reports as defined Manage Training logistics: o Participant & Trainer invites and follow up o Training room / venue booking (Internal / External) o Managing Attendance & Feedback forms o Provide any logistical support that ensures smooth session delivery. Suggest various methods to identify & develop internal trainers to foster a Development mindset in the centre. Maintain the list of L&D vendor network & Internal Trainers - Completely in-charge of all invoicing activities (Internal/External) related to L&D - Meticulous record keeping ensuring L&D readiness for all audits at any point of time. Responsible for planning and executing Employee Engagement strategy at the centre. Conducting monthly / quarterly / Yearly engagement activities Analysing & reporting metrics on all aspects of Learning & Development & Employee Engagement. Talent / Skills required: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office like Power point, Excel & Word is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent employee centricity & patience in dealing with Employee issues. Experience of leveraging tools would be an added advantage Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
