looking for a deadline-focused technical talent matcher responsible to fullfill client's requirements. The technical talent matcher’s responsibilities include all aspects of matching the vetted/shortlisted candidates, from meeting with hiring managers, matching with job descriptions to offering job positions based on client needs. To be a successful technical talent matcher, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process. What will you be doing? ● Partner closely with the Sales and Ops team to deeply understand the technical hiring needs of the clients/prospects while making profile recommendations, and build strategy to match amazing people for UTS (Uplers Talent Solutions) ● Partner with recruiting team to support shortlisted candidates in closing the business (client) needs ● Act as a talent advisor and subject matter expert supporting the Sales and Ops team ● Take a data-driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the shortlisted candidates’ pipeline, and provide direction to improve client closures rate ● Arranging interviews for the shortlisted candidates and following up on a real-time basis till feedback is received from the client/prospects ● Appropriate paperwork to be done before onboarding the candidate ● Daily/Weekly/Monthly activity of submittals, client interviews, and closures updates to be sent to the business stakeholders co-ordinating with TA team ● A thorough analysis of the candidate's commitment before the submission. ● Verify updated resumes from candidates and formatting according to the clients' needs before submissions.
